The problem
Smart-home advice is either a sales pitch or generic. For people who need it for independence, a wrong device is more than an annoyance.
What I built
- 01Claude Vision spots the devices in a room photo, then asks only the questions that matter.
- 02Deterministic, versioned compatibility rules on a catalogue of verified device models.
- 03Photos are resized and stripped of location data on your phone, stored privately, deleted after 24 hours.
What I learned
- "AI never certifies." Let the model see; let rules decide. Electrical work is capped at "needs confirmation".
- Accessibility is a target, not a vibe: WCAG 2.2 AA with automated axe scans.
Ideas & collaboration
Got something you wish existed?
Tell me what keeps bothering you. It might be a business problem, an everyday frustration, or a wild idea. I can't promise I'll build it — but I enjoy exploring interesting problems.
